Sales Director, Interior Fit-Out
Lead business development and client acquisition across commercial interior fit-out and turnkey design and build projects, own key client relationships and work closely with management to shape the company's growth. We particularly encourage experienced women professionals to apply.
What you will do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve an annual order booking target of ₹100+ crore
- Identify and secure large-scale commercial interior fit-out, corporate office and turnkey design and build projects
- Build relationships with corporate decision-makers, architects, consultants, developers and PMC firms
- Develop strategic partnerships and business opportunities across India
- Lead, mentor and manage the sales and business development teams
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to tender submissions, negotiations and contract closures
- Coordinate with design, estimation and project teams to prepare competitive proposals aligned with client requirements and budgets
- Maintain a qualified sales pipeline, prepare forecasts and track performance while ensuring profitability and repeat business
Skills
- 8+ years of relevant sales or business development experience in commercial interior fit-out, corporate interiors or turnkey design and build
- Proven success in securing high-value projects and achieving business targets
- Strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, developers and industry decision-makers
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and leadership skills
- Sound understanding of project costing, BOQs, tendering and commercial contracts
- Experience leading sales teams and collaborating with design, estimation and execution teams
