Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal teams
• Manage project schedules, site activities, manpower and resources
• Monitor quality, timelines, budgets and overall site progress
• Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, furniture and finishing works
• Conduct regular site reviews and resolve execution challenges proactively
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, MIS, progress reports and client updates
• Ensure compliance with site safety and company standards
• Drive projects towards timely completion and successful handover

Skills

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior execution, site management and project coordination
• Experience handling corporate offices, commercial spaces or large-scale fit-out projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, project schedules and execution processes
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Willingness to travel and manage projects across India
