Project Manager, Civil Construction

Independently lead core civil construction from mobilization to completion and handover, across foundations, RCC structures, structural works and building construction.

What you will do

Manage foundations, RCC structures, structural works and building construction
Plan construction schedules, manpower, machinery and material requirements
Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
Control costs, material consumption and wastage
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements
Coordinate measurements, billing documentation and project handover

Skills

Hands-on experience managing civil construction projects
Sound knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS, formwork, concrete technology, BOQs and quantity estimation
Comfortable reviewing AutoCAD drawings
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools
Experience in commercial, institutional, industrial or large-scale building projects preferred

Location: Project sites across India
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Candidates with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
