Director / Associate Director, Operations
Oversee commercial interior fit-out and turnkey design and build projects across India, owning delivery, profitability and client relationships.
What you will do
- Lead projects from mobilization through execution, handover and commercial closure
- Own project budgets, profitability, billing and cash-flow monitoring
- Coordinate design, procurement, civil, interior and MEP teams
- Lead Project Managers, site teams, vendors and subcontractors across locations
- Maintain quality, safety and delivery standards while managing client expectations
Skills
- Proven leadership experience in commercial interior fit-out, corporate offices or turnkey design and build projects
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge
- Experience leading project teams across multiple locations
- Ownership of delivery, profitability and client relationships
- Location
- Project sites across India
- Experience
- 15 to 20+ years
- Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification. A postgraduate qualification in project management or business administration is an advantage.
